Foaling Date: March 22, 2024  Sex: Mare Color: Sorrel     Approx Height: Sire: Dual Smart Rey   Dam: Sams Cats Merada   Click Here for Vet Statement Click Here for X-Rays Click Here for Video - YouTube    Kandi Kat is a 2024 filly by Dual Smart Rey and out of Sams Cats Merada, an NCHA earner of $63,596.  This filly has been started and has training on her, but she is not a finished horse.  She simply needs someone to take her on, finish her their way and give her the opportunity to reach her potential. The bottom side of this filly’s pedigree is what really sets her apart.  Her dam, Sams Cats Merada, earned $63,596 and was a proven competitor, including: * NCHA Certificate of Ability * NCHA Super Stakes Senior Non-Pro Classic Reserve Champion * NCHA Senior Limited Non-Pro Super Stakes Classic Reserve Champion * Multiple NCHA finals appearances and additional aged-event success. Sams Cats Merada is by Cats Merada ($177,900), a sire of more than $7.9 million in money earners, and out of Jill And Shorty, a proven producing daughter of Shorty Lena. Finish her and go on with her, and when her show career is over, she has the pedigree to make an extremely exciting broodmare.  She's a good young prospect that has been started and needs to be finished.  Show prospect now. Exceptional maternal value later.  A filly with options in every direction.
