Consignment Information $500 Catalog Fee 8% Commission, NO PO Fee ​ PLEASE EMAIL US YOUR CONSIGNMENT FOR APPROVAL!​ 817horsesales@gmail.com PLEASE include the following in the email: Copy of pedigree/papers Photo (does not need to be a professional photo for this) Short Video (required for riding horses) Any IMPORTANT information (history, training, soundness, etc) Contact info (Name, Phone Number) ​ Horses will be approved based on a many factors. You will be contacted shortly after submittal with a decision.   Consignment Process ​ 1. Prospective consignors will submit their horse(s) for review through our website or email. Horses will be approved by our team of professional horsemen based on their quality, condition, breeding and training. 2. If chosen, consignment packets will be sent. owners will be required to sign a contract and mail original AQHA/Breed Registry papers and signed transfer and CATALOG FEE CHECK to the 817 horse sales office to secure their spot. 3. AFTER APPROVAL, the following will need to be submitted as soon as possible. Professional Photo (1side shot minimum). Photos of the front/back legs Directly behind and in front of horse) of your horses taken on a HARD, FLAT SURFACE. These need to show your horses legs and feet. An accurate Height - MEASURED with either a stick or tape measure. This is very important to buyers. Video - please ONLY send a YOUTUBE link. Any raw vertical reel format video is also helpful for marketing team. Vet Form - required for every horse, must be completed within 45 days of sale time. Coggins - required for every horse, must be within 6 months of sale day. Radiographs - required views are in the consignment packet. X-rays must be within 45 days of the sale. When payment is cleared, we will match you up with your buyer to make further arrangements on pickup and/or shipping. 5. We will handle all of your AQHA/Breed Registry Paperwork/Transfers. Payment for your horse, minus consignment fees and commissions, will be mailed within 14 days of sale completion. ​
